Pine’s History in the League
Pine had a lengthy career in the Overwatch League. This is how it all breaks down during his time playing the game:
- 2016 – LW Red
- 2017 – LW Blue
- October 2017 – 2019 – New York Excelsior – In this time, Pine made his debut in the OWL. He quickly made a name for himself as one of the highest-level players in the League for Widow.
- Retired – December 2019
- Dallas Fuel – May – October 2021
Pine retired in 2019, but he has stayed part of New York since. He became now a full-time streamer for the team. In this period he continued to play the game and rarely faded very far from most fans’ memory. That set the stage for his return to Dallas Fuel. In that season, he continued to hit the higher ends of the games. His team achieved quite a few great placements in that season, including coming in 3rd in the overall playoffs.
Pine is once again retired and no longer an active part of the OWL. However, Pine Overwatch settings are still a great example of how to get the best performance out of the game.
